Rv Transfer Switch Clicking

I had a similar issue start while running on generator power.

Rv transfer switch clicking. That is a very strange number in the electrical world. Well if you see your rv lights suddenly become dimmer and dimmer there is definitely something wrong here. I checked power coming into the transfer switch from the genny and discovered 87 volts ac on one leg the other leg was fine.
